UPP Studios is proud to present, another ultra-short new media sketch comedy video, entitled “The Heimlich.” David and Adam never hold back. We’ve talked about this in past blurbs. The two go to extreme lengths to get the funniest, most believable shot. Often times, this is a leap before you look type attitude that lends itself to injury. When Adam yelled action during the filming of this video, David leapt into action, tossing Adam up into the air. It seemed effortless as David lifted Adam higher and higher. While the shot was hilarious because the physical comedy was spot on, David did a nice job of throwing out his back. As they say though, no pain no gain. As far as he was concerned, it was worth it. Not only does the experience not act as a deterrent, but the successful capture of a desired shot also makes one want to repeat the process. If the viewers get a good laugh, it makes everything ok. That’s the philosophy David and Adam share. Hopefully, you enjoy the pains of their labor, and have yourself a nice laugh, as you indulge in a bit of schadenfreude at the expense of the boys at UPP Studios.
